This white silicone fiberglass sleeve is woven from non-alkali fiberglass, coated with silicone resin and cured at high temperature to form a flexible, heat-resistant insulating sleeve. The construction delivers excellent dielectric strength, flexibility and flame retardancy, making it a proven solution for fully or partially insulated wires, busbars, component leads and other electrical assemblies.
The sleeving is designed for a working temperature of 200°C and withstands UL temperature-resistance testing at 265±°2°C for 168 hours without a significant drop in voltage performance. It also passes the UL aging test at 260°C for 72 hours with no cracking, confirming long-term reliability in hot enclosures and near heat-generating components such as motors, transformers and heating elements.

The sleeve is offered from small internal diameters upward, with wall thickness tailored to each voltage grade. For example, a Φ1.0 mm sleeve carries a wall thickness from about 0.3 mm at the 1500V grade up to about 0.55 mm at the 7000V grade, while a Φ2.0 mm sleeve ranges from about 0.37 mm to 0.58 mm. Larger diameters follow the same pattern, and every size is supplied on 200 m reels as standard.
Fiberglass provides outstanding tensile strength and thermal endurance, while the silicone coating adds flexibility, moisture resistance and dielectric performance. Together they resist fraying and abrasion far better than untreated braid, remain flexible after long exposure to heat, and provide dependable insulation where continuous high-temperature operation is required.
The sleeving is produced under an ISO9001 quality system and certified to UL224 / CAN / CSA C22.2 No.198.1-99, giving buyers confidence for safety-critical and export markets.
