Radiation Processing Technology Introduction

Overview

         Radiation processing is an advanced physical modification technology that uses high-energy electron beam to cross-link polymer materials at room temperature. Without chemical cross-linking agents and high-temperature heating, it reconstructs the molecular structure of XLPE and LSZH polyolefin materials into a stable 3D network structure.
         This technology greatly improves heat resistance, electrical insulation, mechanical strength and aging resistance of cable materials. No radiation residue, no pollution, fully compliant with environmental and safety standards.We provide customer-supplied material processing services for rubber cables, PV cables, halogen-free wires and heat shrink tubes.
