Product Introduction

The high‑performance rubber sleeve is pre‑expanded during manufacturing and fitted onto a support tube formed by wound spiral core cords. The product enables very convenient on‑site installation, and no heating tools such as blowtorches or hot‑air guns are needed for the whole process. Simply fit the end cap over the cable end and pull out the internal spiral supporting strip.

Thanks to the excellent elastic‑memory property of EPDM rubber, once the inner supporting strip is removed, the rubber end cap will automatically shrink under its own elastic force and fit tightly in place. It forms a well‑sealed, stable and long‑lasting insulating protective layer for the cable termination, and delivers effective insulation, waterproof and moisture‑proof sealing performance.

Application

Suitable for end‑termination sealing of various cable types as listed in the example table below:
‑ Cables with outer sheaths of EPR, XLPE, PVC, LSOH and other materials;
‑ Lead‑sheathed cables;
‑ Various armoured wires and braided‑armoured cables.
