Proudut introduaction

This product is a halogen-free flame retardant optical fiber cable material with a temperature resistance of 105°C and can be colored. Another product is manufactured with polyolefin as the base material, supplemented with inorganic flame retardants, antioxidants, lubricants and other additives, followed by mixing, compacting, plasticizing and granulating. The products are widely applied to the insulation and sheathing of optical fiber cables. They have passed environmental protection certification tests and meet the latest environmental protection requirements of halogen-free standards, RoHS and REACH.

Extrusion process
         The Product can be processed on many existing cable manufacturing machines.For example, it can be
produced faster and better with a special screw for halogen-free materials with a compression ratio of less
than 2.0. Generally, we recommend the following processing conditions:
        RecommendedEquipment : φ45~150SingleScrew Extruder
        Extruder Aspect Ratio(L/D): 18-25
        Filter/Mesh/Temperature Distribution: 40/80/40

(Note: Duetodifferent equipment, the temperature of machine head can beadjusted accordingto the surface condition of the wire)
