This series adopts high-performance 125°C heat-resistant and halogen-free flame-retardant formula customized for optical fiber cables, supporting customized color matching to meet diverse appearance and wiring identification requirements.
 
      The material is developed with premium polyolefin as the main substrate, compounded with environmentally friendly inorganic flame retardants, anti-aging antioxidants, smooth lubricants and other functional auxiliary ingredients. Through precise processes including high-speed mixing, internal compaction, uniform plasticization and precision granulation, the finished material features stable molecular structure, excellent physical properties and consistent batch quality.
 
      Widely suitable for insulation shielding and outer sheathing of various optical fiber cables, the material complies with the latest global environmental regulations. It has fully passed professional third-party testing, strictly meeting halogen-free specifications, RoHS and REACH environmental standards, featuring non-toxic, pollution-free and eco-friendly characteristics for high-end wiring applications.

Extrusion process
         The Product can be processed on many existing cable manufacturing machines.For example, it can be
produced faster and better with a special screw for halogen-free materials with a compression ratio of less
than 2.0. Generally, we recommend the following processing conditions:
