This series of products are specially developed high-performance halogen‑free flame‑retardant compounds designed for optical fiber cable applications, featuring stable long‑term service at a rated temperature of 150°C and supporting custom coloring to meet various wiring identification and appearance matching requirements.
These compounds are formulated with high‑quality polyolefin resin as the base matrix, combined with environmentally friendly inorganic flame retardants, high‑efficiency thermal antioxidants, processing lubricants, and other functional additives. Through a precise and controlled production process including high‑speed mixing, dense compacting, sufficient plasticizing, and high‑uniformity granulation, the material achieves excellent processing stability, consistent performance, and reliable batch-to-batch repeatability.
Widely used in the insulation layer and outer sheath of optical fiber cables, the products have completed strict third‑party environmental testing and fully comply with the latest international environmental requirements, including halogen‑free standards, RoHS directives, and REACH regulations. Extrusion process
The Product can be processed on many existing cable manufacturing machines.For example, it can be
produced faster and better with a special screw for halogen-free materials with a compression ratio of less
than 2.0. Generally, we recommend the following processing conditions:
