Product Introduction

This sleeve is woven from a blend of polyester multifilament and polyester monofilament. Leveraging the respective advantages of both yarns, it retains the soft conformability of multifilament fabric while utilizing the high‑rigidity property of polyester monofilament. It delivers excellent cushioning and impact‑resistant protection for cables and pipelines, effectively avoiding damages resulting from gravel abrasion, collision and external squeezing.

Featuring outstanding wear resistance and superior impact performance, it resists repeated frictional wear for an extended service life. Adopting a side‑opening self‑wrapping structure, it can be directly wrapped around finished wire harnesses and hoses without cutting cables or removing existing components. It greatly simplifies assembly procedures and enables convenient inspection and maintenance at later stages.

It is widely applied in new‑energy vehicle scenarios for outer‑layer wear and impact protection of automotive wire harnesses and various hydraulic hoses, mitigating failure risks including harness insulation abrasion and outer‑wall scratches on hoses.
