The continuous busbar protective sleeve is made of environment‑friendly radiation‑crosslinked polyolefin heat‑shrink material by high‑energy electron‑beam irradiation. It features excellent flame retardancy, insulation property and thermal stability, delivering high dielectric strength and superior tracking resistance.
Restricted substances such as PBB, PBDE and heavy metals are excluded. No toxic gas or hazardous substances will be generated during combustion. It is suitable for anti‑corrosion and insulation protection for busbars and electrical equipment, and has obtained certification from Wuhan & Xi’an High‑Voltage Research Institute.
Widely used in power industry, telecommunications, automotive, marine and aerospace manufacturing fields.

This test is applicable only for 10kV busbar. During the test, the sleeve shall be uniformly shrunk onto the busbar surface, and the length of the parallel section shall be ≥1200 mm.
