         Polyimide Insulating Sleeve is a premium high-temperature electrical insulation tube made of high-performance polyimide polymer. It features outstanding thermal stability, supporting continuous long-term work at 260°C and enduring instantaneous high temperature up to 400°C without melting drops, reaching UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard.
         This sleeve delivers superior dielectric strength for reliable high-voltage insulation, along with excellent tensile toughness, radiation resistance and chemical inertness against solvents, acids and alkalis. It keeps stable dimension without embrittlement under extreme cold or frequent thermal cycles, and boasts low outgassing to fit vacuum and precision environments.
         With precise thin-wall production, it fits narrow wiring spaces perfectly. Standard amber color is available, and customized sizes, wall thicknesses and lengths are supported. Widely adopted for sensor leads, semiconductor components, aerospace wiring, medical micro catheters and automotive electronic harnesses, it serves as a durable insulating solution for harsh industrial scenarios.
