Magnetic heat‑shrink sleeves are produced with high‑quality polymer base materials. Functional magnetic fillers are mechanically blended into the matrix under scientific formulation to form special‑purpose polymer alloy. After tube forming, the material undergoes electron‑beam irradiation cross‑linking modification by electron accelerator, followed by continuous expansion process.
Apart from fundamental advantages of conventional heat‑shrink tubes such as mechanical protection, electrical insulation and marking identification, it provides outstanding EMC performance. It can effectively suppress electromagnetic interference and greatly improve electromagnetic working performance as well as operational stability of electronic components.
