This 150°C halogen-free heat shrink tubing is extruded from high-performance radiation cross-linked polyolefin compound and fully complies with the EURoHS and REACH environmental directives.
With a maximum continuous operating temperature of 150°C, it retains stable physical and electrical properties under long-term high-temperature conditions. It features high dielectric breakdown strength and excellent mechanical toughness, alongside superior resistance to abrasion, moisture and mild chemical corrosion.
It is suitable for wire bundling, insulation isolation, terminal encapsulation and strain relief protection. It achieves uniform radial contraction when heated by hot air guns, industrial ovens or continuous heat tunnels. After shrinking, it fits substrates tightly without voids, gaps or surface defects to form a long-lasting sealed protective layer.
